At Thonus North, we bring something different to every job: pride, precision, and deep roots in the Cape Cod community. My name is Michael Grillo, and I was born and raised right here on the Cape. I’ve lived here my entire life, and now I’m raising my young children here too. That means I don’t just work in this community, I’m part of it. And I treat every customer’s home like it’s my neighbor’s… because it often is.
I studied Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration (HACR) at Southern Maine Technical College and am a graduate of the Plumbing and Heating program class of Y2k at Upper Cape Tech. With hands-on training, years of real-world experience, and an unwavering commitment to doing the job right, I’ve built a reputation across Cape Cod for being honest, reliable, efficient, and friendly. I take my reputation seriously because it’s the foundation of this business and the example I set for my kids.

I also operate a local scholarship fund for graduates of Cape Cod Tech and Upper Cape Tech who are entering the building trades. We started UCT Hopefuls to help talented young people get the training they need to build successful careers in the trades. It’s our way of making sure the next generation of skilled locals can actually afford to stay and thrive right here on the Cape.
