12-Point Inspection

This service provides immediate insight into your heating system’s current condition and alerts you to any potential immediate issues. It is the perfect low-cost starting point to determine if a full tune-up is needed.

12-Point Inspection:

1. Verify proper operation of main gas valve
2. Test ignition system (pilot light or electronic ignition)
3. Inspect burners for proper flame appearance and ignition
4. Check flue pipe and venting system for obstructions or leaks
5. Confirm adequate combustion air supply
6. Check thermostat operation
7. Inspect electrical connections

Standard Tune-Up:

Time on Site

Typically 15–30 minutes, depending on accessibility and equipment type.

Includes replacement of a standard 1” economy-grade air filter suitable for light use.

Combustion Analysis

Not included. Basic flame and draft inspection only.

Component Cleaning

Basic cleaning of accessible components such as burners and flame sensors. Focused on safety and function rather than cosmetic detail.

Inspection

Visual inspection of heat exchanger, venting, wiring, and general operation. Identifies potential issues that may require further service.

Safety Check

This comprehensive service includes all tune-up steps plus a full cleaning and necessary component teardown to guarantee your system is operating as safely and efficiently as possible.

Comprehensive Tune-Up & Cleaning:

Typically 30–45 minutes, depending on system age, access, and condition.

Filter

Includes replacement of a premium pleated high-density air filter for improved airflow and filtration.

Combustion Analysis

Included. Full combustion analysis and efficiency testing with readings recorded and reviewed.

Component Cleaning

Thorough internal cleaning of burners, blower assembly, and compartments to remove accumulated soot and debris for better efficiency and system life.

Inspection

Detailed inspection of burners, heat exchanger, flame sensor, igniter, condensate drains, and all electrical connections to ensure complete system safety and performance.

Safety Check
